How to Delete Your Account

To ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized deletions, we process account deletion requests manually via our support team.

Steps to follow:

  1. Send an email to support@visualmirror.app
  2. Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Send the email from the address associated with your account
  4. In the body, clearly state that you wish to delete your account and all associated data

What happens next?

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 3-5 business days. This action is permanent and will remove:

  • Your profile information
  • All progress photos and analysis data
  • Your weight and body metric logs
  • Your goals and exercise history
